Memorable moments in Oita-ken
To me, Oita is an amazing place that will always be in my heart. In the Spring of 2014, I spent four months in Oita-ken as an international exchange student at Ritsumeikan Asia Pacific University. Oita-ken has many lovely towns, such as Beppu, Hita and Kitsuki. Each town has its own special sights and sounds; they will be great memories for you, just like they were for me.

Dazaifu's Koyo
Do you look for “Koyo, (Autumn leaves)” in Kyushu?
No need to travel so far, there’re many “Koyo” places near Fukuoka.
When I looked for the changing autumn colors in 8-14 Nov 2014, I found that Koyo near Fukuoka is excellent.

A Halloween trip to the Hells of Unzen
My friends and I are English teachers in the city of Nagasaki. We’ve been living in Nagasaki since August, and have enjoyed exploring the many sights the city has to offer. However, over the long weekend at the end of October, we decided to leave the city and explore the nearby hot spring town of Unzen.
Saturday - Unzen
We took the short bus ride to Unzen , which took around 90 minutes. When we arrived, we walked to the hot spring fields, which are also known as “hells”. These are small pools bubbling with milky, sulphurous water. As you wander through Unzen’s many hells, you are surrounded by warm steam which smells faintly of eggs.

Kyushu : Our love at first sight.
My love at first sight started from here...
This is my first time that I travelled abroad so the first place I chosen is Kyushu.
It’s not because of I reserved low cost airplane ticket but this place made me feel great.
I always dreamed about visiting Kyushu. Finally I’m here. I can’t believe it.
I’d made my dreams come true. It’s such a NICE and warmth when you touched.
Good people, Great nature, Fabulous scenery and Extraordinary Food.
I really really impressed everything and everyone here.
I traveled to Kyushu with my close friend and she loves Kyushu too.

Japanese Kindness
I've been to Yutoku Inari shrine, Hizen kashima, Kyushu ,Japan in last two weeks, 15 November 2012.
We, I and my friends, have got a very impressive experience from tourist information center there.
We almost missed the train from Hizen kashima to Nagasaki. The train would arrived about 13.50 and we have only 15 minutes from the shrine to the station.
So, we decided to go to the tourist information, we've seen on the road just infront of the shrine, to ask them call us some taxi.
They are four persons there. A very kind female call a taxi for me. In the same time we show them the train tickets.
And when they knew the time we have to get to the train station, they seemed very excitied.
The first time they told the taxi to hurry up.
Next, they told taxi not to come, but a man there will take us to the station by tourist information car!
THEY ALL ARE VERY KIND!
We've reached the station 3 minutes before the train come.
We're so excited that we just say thank you to him many times.
We can continue our trip as we planned.
And we feel very impressed to japanese kindness.
